Storing your keys
All of our national storage and distribution centres use the highest levels of security controls, including:
- 24-hour CCTV surveillance inside and outside of the building
- Burglar, fire and panic alarms directly alert the emergency services
- All staff are fully security vetted
Your home address
Sparekeys.com does not require your address during any stage of your membership. Our secure processes allow us to do everything from billing to key delivery without knowing this important piece of information. This keeps your home and your keys completely safe, as what use are keys without an address?
This is why our couriers will never deliver within 100 metres of your home - as part of our terms and conditions you promise never to request delivery there. It's safer for you and besides, wouldn't you rather wait in a warm cafe than on a doorstep?
Security every step of the way
We have included a number of extra security measures throughout our delivery process to make sure our service keeps you, your home and your keys safe:
- Identification Password
- A unique password will be generated for you to enable our courier to accurately identify you when making a delivery
- Delivery containers
- All keys will be despatched in a sealed, tamper-proof container
- Single delivery per journey
- To eliminate any chance of a mistake, our couriers will never attempt to coordinate multiple key deliveries in a single journey. We only carry one set of keys per emergency call out.
